A 2,200 mile charity bike ride in aid of UK forces veterans (Scots Guards) and the local air ambulance. In the UK the air ambulance does not receive government funding and is completely supported by voluntary donations. The Scots Guardsmen returning from Iraq and Afghanistan need support to help overcome both physical and psychological problems resulting from the conflicts.
